A Couple for Tuesday

A couple of challenges today.  What if? Wednesday Sketch at The House That Stamps Built  http://www.thehousethatstampsbuilt.com/sketch-challenges/what-if-wednesday-sketch-challenge-m3012/
Repeat Impressions Sketch M3012

Stamps are by Repeat Impressions - Big Boy's Toys.  I used it for a big girl's toy.  Stamped the car with Memento Rich Cocoa then stamped the sentiment over the image with VersaFine Black.  Cut out and layered with Spellbinders Labels dies and added the dots with a Souffle gel pen.  The leopard strip is a piece of tissue paper that was adhered to some Scor Tape then added to the card - faux washi tape.  Colored some black and white baker's twine with a Touch Twin Marker.

The sketch at Mojo Monday was a fun one this week  http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/2012/06/mojo-monday-244-contest.html

I love this set by Melanie Muenchinger - Gina K - Gifts from the Sea.  This is the set that I was honored to be a guest designer for Melanie.  The dp is a free digi from Mel Stampz  http://melstampz.blogspot.com/.  The shells were colored with Touch Twin Markers, cut out and layered.  The solid panel was stamped with the sand stamp in Vivid Tuscan Tan then misted with Sand Glimmer Mist.  The border punch is by Martha Stewart.
This is also for the Simon Says Stamp Presents a Star Challenge  http://www.lilypad.inlinkz.com/2012/05/25/simon-says-stamp-presents-a-star-challenge/
This may be a little stretch using a star fish.

Thanks for stopping by!
