Many Challenges

I am a huge fan of Julie Ebersole and was so excited to see that she is the Muse for March at CASE Study!  Here is her card for inspiration:

 And here is my interpretation:

Stamped the flowers from Gina K's set - Spring Florals with Versamark and heat embossed with white ep on kraft.  Colored the flowers with Touch Twin markers.  Stamped the sentiment from the same set with Memento Espresso Truffle and punched out and popped up with dimentionals.  Layered onto a scalloped rectangle of textured dark brown cs.  Stamped the background with a Judikins background stamp in W9plus white ink.

This next card is for 2 challenges:  the color challenge at The Play Date Cafe

and Color Blocks at CAS Fridays

This card came together very quickly.  Stamped the blocks (an old SU set, simple shapes, I think) buy stamping off first on a piece of scrap paper to soften the colors with Memento ink in Rose Bud, New Sprout and Danube Blue.  Then stamped the Gina K flower with Versafine Black.  The linen textured white cardstock is Essentials by Ellen found at Ellen Hutson LLC.

Thanks for stopping by!
