Just Us Girls #368 - Word Week

It's Word Week at Just Us Girls and it's my turn to host the challenge.  My Word is Encouragement.  There are lots of situations in which someone needs encouragment.  Maybe they are battling a disease, just lost a job or life just doesn't seem to be going their way and just need a little Encouragement.  Do you know someone who could use a little Encouragement?  Come play along with us and give someone a lift that they may need right now.

I would like to welcome our November Guest Designer - Cecile Ribon all the way from France!  Come check out how Cecile and the rest of the JUGS Design Team are inspired to create with the word Encouragement.

This is another card for my niece who is continuing her battle against breast cancer and just to remind her how truly beautiful she is.  I used a pre-watercolored card base and stamped some leaves and flowers from Concord & 9th.  Die cut the sentiment from some Coredinations Glitter Silk cardstock.  It's hard to see it in the photo, but it is black glitter.

Come play with us at Just Us Girls and you could be chosen as our next Chic of the Week, which would put you in the running to become our next Guest Designer.  Please limit your entries to 3/

Great card and fabulous choice this week! Praying for your niece Sue! I just went through the scare once again....second time in less than a year. I was sure I wasn't going to be lucky once again, but thank goodness I was. My mother had breast cancer. You tell yourself not to worry but you can't help it. HUGS to her!
