Just Us Girls #388 - Trend Week

It's my turn to bring you the Trend Week Challenge at Just Us Girls.  There are so many companies out there with multi-step stamps that help you create a realistic image and my challenge to you is to use any multi-layered stamp(s).

Laurie Unger is with us again this week as our April Guest Designer!  Check out the JUGS Blog to see what Laurie and the rest of the Design Team have created using multi-step stamps.

I used the Peony Bouquet from Altenew.  Stamped the flowers in 3 shades of pinks and the leaves in 2 shades of green.  I used a water pen to soften the edges a little since my stamping was a little off.   Added a light watercolor wash of light green on the background.   Added the Label sentiment, also from Altenew and a strip of washi tape down the side.

Now it's your turn to come play in our Trend Challenge!  You could be chosen as our next Chic of the Week, which would put you in the running for a chance to become our next Guest Designer!  Please limit your entries to 3.

I knew I would see an Altenew stamp this week and you delivered beautifully. They are the best layered stamp sets I have ever seen. This is one stunning creation Sue. I need to get the dies for this one then I am sure I will use it.

This is one of my favorite stamp sets, and you have used it beautifully here. I like that you have used a color other than black for the outline, it really makes the image pop!! I'm pinning.....well done!!
