It's time for Photo Week at Just Us Girls and Nancy has chosen a fabulous photo for our inspiration.

I LOVE the photo and was inspired by the stripes, colors, anchor and whale. Stamped the blue striped blocks from Gina K Stamp It Big and the sentiment from Gina K Oh Boy! with Memento Nautical Blue. I had these cute little whale stickers and had to use the red one like the photo. Stamped the anchor from another Gina K set colored it and cut it out. Tied some baker's twine through the hole of the anchor and around a blue die cut fishtail tag. Put it all together on a piece of red and white striped patterned paper and onto a white card base.

ReplyDeleteI think you nailed our photo challenge Sue with this fantabulous card. Amazingly clever layout and love how you have the stripes in different directions. Such a bright happy whale and nice tying of the anchor. You rock!
