Party Time!

The pennants were printed from the download section over at Splitcoaststampers, colored with Prismacolor markers and cut out.  The graph paper is a digi from hp.com.  The sentiment is from the Gina K set Square Pegs illustrated by Melanie Muenchinger.  The punched edge is a Martha Steward border punch.   Cardstock used:  SU Tempting Turquoise, navy, white, red, orange and yellow, cleaning up some scraps.
