CAS Birthday

I also used the color challenge at The Play Date Cafe  http://theplaydatecafe.blogspot.com/2012/06/play-date-cafe-design-team-call_21.html

Adhered a piece of dp to a white card base.  Stamped the sentiment by Gina K in Memento Nautical Blue and die cut with a Spellbinders Pennants die and tied a piece of blue twine around the end.  Die cut the black circle with Spellbinders, cutting the small circle first.
