It's time for our Moodboard Week at Just Us Girls and Vicki has chosen a beautiful scene for our inspiration.
I was drawn to the poppies and the blue of the sky and water. Inked a striped embossing folder with blue ink and ran it through my Big Shot. I've had these poppies for a long time and now am finally using them from Concord & 9th. Stamped the poppies in Memento Morrocco and DI Aged Mahagony, die cut with the matching dies and added black glaze pen in dots to the centers. Die cut some stems from another set in green. Die cut the unknown tag and stamped the sentiment with more Morrocco. Die cut a little bow from another unknown set and colored with alcohol ink pen. Put it all together on a white linen card base.
Come play along with us and you could be our next Winner of the Week, which would make you eligible at a chance to become our next Guest Designer. Please limit your entries to 3.
How wonderful to see your pretty poppies making their debut - and what a debut it is. So striking paired with the blue striped background. Love your take on the mood board.
