Gift Card Holder

This is for the Gift Card Holder challenge over at Moxie Fab World  http://www.moxiefabworld.com/2011/04/350-cards-gifts-week-gift-card-holder.html

I saw one like this that my talented friend Vicki Dutcher had made.  I made this for my son for his 30th birthday and he thought it was pretty cool.  I used Gina K's Tag You're It!  stamps.Sponged the Tan Leather cardsotck with Memento Rich Cocoa ink and did the faux stitching with a brown gel pen.  Cardstock used:  Gina K Tan Leather and Chocolate.

In My Beautiful Balloon

Moxie Fab has a challenge to use hot air balloons  http://www.moxiefabworld.com/2011/03/next-moxie-fab-world-challenge-in-my.html

I had just received the balloon stamp set by Studio G through Wish RAK over at Splitcoaststampers from thumbunny.  I thought it would be fun to incorporate it in this farm scene from Funny Farm by Gina K Designs.  The farm scene was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Prismacolor markers.  Then the grass was sponged with green ink to give it some dimention.  I also received the die cut fence through Wish RAK.  Colored the cow and cut him out and placed him outside the fence.  Cardstock used Gina K Pure Luxury White and Rocket Red, SU Green Galore and a freebie digi paper from Two Peas in a Bucket.

Mojo Monday Sketch #186

Another great sketch at Mojo Monday http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/2011/04/mojo-monday-186.html



I had this fun, free digi dp from Two Peas in a Bucket.  The apple basket is a freebie from Taylored Expressions.  I printed the apple basket then colored it with Prismacolor markers, cut it out, layered on white and Taken With Teal cs.  The sentiment and dotted circle are from Just Rite Stampers, the sentiment was stamped with Vivid Teal and the dotted circle with Memento Lady Bug.  The red dotted ribbon is by Bo Bunny, the dots are on both sides, gotta love that.  The sentiment was punched out and layered onto a punched scalloped circle.  The first yellow button that I pulled out of my button jar was the perfect color and tied some packing string through it.  Used the same packing string wrapped 3 times and tied at the top.  The scalloped border is a Nestabilities die.
