Just Us Girls #541 - Color Week

It's time for Color Week at Just Us Girls and Vicki has chosen an awesome color combo for us to play with.

Check out JUGS to see what our Guest Designer, Mugdha and the rest of the Design Team have created using these colors.

Used a Gina K Stencil with Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink over some kraft and white polka dot paper.  Stamped the sentiment from Hero Arts with the same ink on a thin strip of white.  Layered onto a coordinating card base.

Robot Birthday Sketch

A robot for a sweet boy using this week's sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch!

Stamped the dotted circle from Halftone Circles by Altenew in Lime Green Hero Arts ink then stamped the circle around it in Distress Oxide Broken China ink from Junkitz Extreme Boy.  Stamped the robot (unknown) and colored with Wink of Stella shimmer pens, cut him out and added some Nuvo Drops on the eyes.  Sentiment from Uniquely Creative Banner Sentiment Builder using the Distress Oxide ink in Broken China again.

Floral Sketch

Using Gina K stamps for the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches!

Stamped the frame with Memento Rich Cocoa ink, masked off one of the rectangles and stamped some flower and leaves from the same Gina K set and colored with Touch Twin markers.  Colored in the one rectangle with a dark brown Touch Twin marker.  Added the sentiment from Reverse Confetti stamped in Memento Espresso Truffle and die cut with the coordinating die.

Just Us Girls #540 - Trend Week

It's Trend Week at Just Us Girls and Ina is challenging us to Frame It!

We have MUGDHA with us again this week as our June Guest Designer!  Hop on over to JUGS to see how Mugdha and the rest of the Design Team have put a Frame on it!

Die cut a frame using 2 different sizes of rectangle dies to look like a Polaroid photo.  Stamped and die cut the candles from Concord  & 9th coloring with Touch Twin markers.  Stamped the gnome from Gina K and fussy cut.  Mounted it all together on a piece of navy polka dot paper and onto a green card base.

It's Word Week at Just Us Girls and Maria want us to spread Sunshine!

I would like to welcome our June Guest Designer MUGDHA!  Come on over to JUGS to see what MUGDHA and the rest of the Design Team have created.

Sentiment by Concord & 9th using Memento Nautical Blue ink and sun rays from Tim Holtz stamped with yellow Brilliance ink.  Die cut sunglasses and added black glitter lenses.  Layered onto a navy and white striped paper from my stash.  Used some washi tape on white cardstock the cut to fit along the sides.
