I made this for the Love Letters challenge from CAS-ual Fridays
The dp is from Mel Stampz, she has lots of free, fun patterns on her blog. Die cut the pennant, added some Basic Grey sticker letters and tied some light green (sprout) baker's twine around the end. Quick and easy.
