Tombow Color Challenge

Beautiful color combo for the challenge at Tombow with a twist to use Tombow Foam Tabs or Power Tabs

 

 

Image from Gina K - Oh Boy! and colored with markers.  Used a scalloped edge punch to make the waves and highlighted the edge by sponging some white ink.  Adhered the image and waves circle to the dark brown circle.  Die cut a blue circle, added some white gel pen dots and popped up with Tombow Foam Tabs.  Finished off by adding a couple of strips of washi tape.
