The background was stamped with a Studio G stamp with various Memento Luxe inks. Love the richness of these inks. Punched an oval. Stamped "Birthday" onto some Core'dinations Glitter Silk cardstock popped up behind the opening. Popped the main panel up on some blue cardstock and mounted onto a yellow card base. Very quick and easy!
This also fits the Lawnscaping challenge - Sentiment.

position once again!! Winning Chic of the Week puts you in the running for the
GD spot. At the end of the month, after we have all of our Chic's of the weeks
for that month, the JUGS girls will decide who the Guest Designer will be for
the following month!
