Just Us Girls Challenge #230 - Sketch

Vicki has come up with a great sketch for us this week

I would like to WELCOME our Guest Designer for March:

Calypso!  

This is a real mix of dp scraps sitting on my desk.  The top strip is washi tape and the balloon is a new technique I tried called Air Smash that I saw on Splitcoaststampers Try a New Technique forum.  The sentiment stamps and the balloon die are from WPlus9.
