The first thing that popped into my head for Leap Day was a frog! Pulled out various flourish stamps and varying shades of green to stamp the background. Colored the frog with Touch Twin markers and die cut with a circle die to place over the dotted circle stamped image. Added the sequins with dots of Viva Decor Paper Pen in the centers.
