I would like to thank Colleen Foelker for being such an amazing Guest Designer for us this past month! Come check out how Colleen and the rest of the JUGS Design Team were inspired by this photo.
I was inspired by the flowing background and the feathers. I used a premade card base from Concord & 9th, it already has the watercolor on it. Die cut the feathers from 2 shades of coral vellum and the sentiment dies by Tim Holtz. Added some sequins and enamel dots and accidentally had a perfectly round drop of glue, so sprinkled on some glitter.
Come show us how you are inspired by the photo and you could be chosen as our next Chic of the Week,, which would put you in the running to become our next Guest Designer! Please limit your entries to 3.

How easy for you using a premade base and what a beauty it is. Love that your feathers matches it beautifully. Gorgeous card Sue.
I should have seen your card before I started...I love the background! Well done Sue!

Sue, your card is stunning! this is a little more my style, and I love that it was a premade card base...WOW! the feathers are gorgeous as is the sentiment! Thank you for such a warm welcome this month, I have so enjoyed playing along with all you girls in August! You are all so talented and inspiring, it was a joy to be in the lineup with you! My life would have been so much less stressful had I used a pre-water colored card like you did for this challenge. LOL! I love the colors you chose, and those feather dies are gorgeous! What a fantastic card!
So soft and pretty, Sue. Coral vellum? I think I need some of that. ;)
