Check out the JUGS blog to see how Stef Perry, our March Guest Designer and the rest of the talented Design Team were inspired by this photo.
This was going to be a one layer card until I forgot to mask off the stems when I stamped the pot! The line for the back of the flower pot shows through the stems and leaves. It also looks crooked in the photo, but in real life it doesn't. Oh, well! I used some Gina K stamps from a couple different sets and the sentiment is by Mudra. Images were colored with Touch Twin markers.
Come play along with us and your could be chosen as our next Chic of the Week, which would put you in the running at a chance to become our next Guest Designer! Please limit your entries to 3.

Spring must have arrived with those lovely tulips Sue. So petty!
Your clay pot looks so realistic, Sue, and your tulips bring a feel of Spring.
Lovely tulips and I love how you colored your clay pot!
What a lovely spring card with those delicately colored tulips and gorgeous clay pot! Clever recovery to add the sentiment across the unmasked area.
Love the subtle coloring of these tulips
Lovely potted plant...so springy! I love tulips! Very pretty card!
It seems like half of the country is ready for Spring to come! We are on our way to Summer these days, but I am not complaining! Your coloring is perfect! The clay pot is fab and your card is really wonderful! Have a great day!
Beautiful tulips set in a pretty terracotta container...I'd love to have this sitting on my kitchen table in real life! Spring perfect!
