Stamped some of the flowers from Big Bloom Factory with burgundy ink then cut them out. Added some Nuvo Crystal Drops to the centers, sprinkling with burgundy glitter. Wasn't happy with the results, so added some Stickles in Burgundy over the centers. Spritzed some watercolor paper with water and used an Inktense pencil in burgundy to create the color wash background, then flicked some more color from the pencil with a water brush for some splatters. Stamped the sentiment from Chevron & Arrows and die cut with a banner die. Put it all together onto a burgundy layer and onto a white card base.

Love all the burgundy, perfect card for our January challenge. And well done for being inventive and correcting the centres after not being happy with them, that's the great thing with crafting, you can always come up with ways to rescue your design if things don't turn out quite as planned! Thank you for playing along with the STAMPlorations CAS Challenge. We hope to see you back again soon! Karola, DT, InvisiblePinkCards
