Come on over to JUGS to see how this photo inspired our Guest Designer, Deborah Frings and the rest of the JUGS Team.
I was inspired by the vase on the table and the pattern and colors on the chairs. Sponged Distress Oxide inks on the background. Used a cover plate die with navy cardstock over the background. Used a couple of Gina K images and fussy cut them for the vase and cattails. Tim Holtz word die from a piece of the leftover background.
Share your creations with us and you could become our next Chic of the Week, which would then make you eligible at a chance to become our next Guest Designer! Please limit your entries to 3.

AWESOME! Is that a cover plate or stencil? I can't tell. Either way it looks quite amazing
Wow this is so amazing!!! How did you do that??? Love it!
This background is super cool Sue! It's really mesmerizing to the eyes! Love that you incorporated the vase and the cattails too. Ending with the hope in a light orange was perfect.
WOW! That's an amazing coverplate/ink blending background; perfect for the pretty vase! Love this!

Wow to that awesome wavy background Sue. Stunning. Love the Gina K stamping - oldies but still a favourite of mine. Great sentiment.
I thought it was a stencil at first glance, Sue, but how wonderful that the die gave such a fantastic look to the inked panel. I'm just mesmerized. I'd love some cattails but not if I have to fussy cut them. Great job!
