Just Us Girls #736 - Moodboard Week

It's Moodboard Week at Just Us Girls and we have a fabulous moodboard chosen by Bobby that is full of inspiration.

Check out JUGS to see how our Guest Designer, Cat Craig and the rest of our Design Team were inspired by this fun Moodboard.

I was inspired by the striped umbrella and the pineapples.  Stenciled the stripes with some aqua ink and stamped the scalloped border from a Gina K set with orange.  Stamped the pineapple from Concord & 9th Pop Art Pineapples in yellow with orange polka dots and the stem green, then die cut and put them together.  Decided to use a sentiment from the same set and stamped it directly onto the pineapple.  Put it together onto an orange card base.

Come share your creation with us and you could be chosen as our next Winner of the Week, which would then make you eligible at a chance to become our next Guest Designer!  Please limit your entries to 3.

Sue, your umbrella-inspired stripes and pineapple make for a delightful combination; a most wonderful take on the mood board.

Sue... I was just saying to Bobby, I love pineapples. As I was writing a comment to her, a friend texted to see if I would like a fresh one...she was stopping by one of our local pineapple farms. Yum...

The choice of colors makes our pineapples look so different, Sue. Yours is bright and cheerful to go along with the striped paper and orange border.
