Stenciled the background with a net type stencil in Tim Holtz Distressed Linen. Added the die cut lilies and added some shading by sponging on ink. Stamped the sentiment to finish it off.

Sue... this card is lovely. Hate to say it but it would be a beautiful sympathy card... really subtle and soft.
I love simple stencling Sue and this is so soft and delicate matching the oh so lovely die cut with subtle inking.

This is such a great card design, Sue. The colors you chose are great for Easter but I can see this in other colors for different occasions.
