It's time for our Anything Goes Stencil Week at Just Us Girls with Lisa as our lovely hostess. Pull out those stencils and have some fun!
This is for my grandson's 16th birthday. Using some old Gina K sets. Stamped and heat embossed the car with black, then colored in the flames, lights windows adding some shimmer pen over the coloring. Fussy cut the car. Stenciled the street with white ink on black. Sponged on ink for the sky kind of randomly then die cut the sun and used the negative to stencil in the sun, which I now wished I had stenciled before inking the blue. Added some yellow shimmer pen to try to brighten the sun a little more. Stamped the sentiment and separated the words and added to a blue die cut banner and topped it with the red die cut 16.
Come play along with us and you could be chosen as our next Winner of the Week, which would then make you eligible at a chance to become our next Guest Designer! Please limit your entries to 3.

What a fun card! I love that car with the flame. Super cute.
He will love this! Nothing miore important to a 16 year old than a car! The flames are a fun detail for a masculine car card as well!
The flames are too much fun, this is cute!
Sue, your cute card caught my attention because my grandson also turned 16 this month and the car thing was the defining thing about this birthday! I'm sure your grandson loved your card!
What a fun roadster zooming along your stenciled highway! love the puff of exhaust! A great design for a 16 year old!
Your grandson will be thrilled with this card, Sue. I love how you personalize the cards you make for family.
What a 'cool' card Sue. I bet your grandson would love that paint work on his car. Great job with the headlights and bumper bar and I laughed when I saw the exhaust fumes. Love it. As we say when someone gets their licence - another mad driver on the road LOL.
A fabulous card to celebrate your grandson's 16th birthday! Masculine marvelous, indeed!

This is great! I'm always on the lookout for "car" cards for all my guys (hubby, 2 sons, 2 grandsons) and they are hard to find!
