It's time for Mood Board Week at Just Us Girls and our lovely hostess this week is Carol Mc with this beautiful image loaded with inspiration.

I was inspired by the colors, star and rustic look. Stenciled the background with Distress Ink on white and then inked Antique Linen over the whole panel. Die cut the star from some paper backed burlap and the sentiment from red. Added some die cut pine boughs (hard to see against that background) and matted on the same red as the sentiment. Put it all together on a kraft card base.

Oh, how beautiful! The stencil gives such warmth as background to the star and greenery. A perfect place to rest the "joy", and a great take on the mood board!
