I couldn't make this frilly because my grandson would not appreciate that. I used 2 different polka dot patterned dp (I have boxes of pieces of cs that I had to have) on a Gina K Pure Luxury White cs base. The die is by QuikKuts. Stamped the heart from Gina K's Happy Hearts in red and the sentiment from the same set in black. Added brads, which I have a lot of and hardly ever use. Quick and simple!
