Stamped the Repeat Impressions hot air balloon. Colored with Touch Twin markers and cut out. Die cut the aqua cs with Spellbinders Large Labels and made the clouds by pressing my finger into Wplus9 white ink and smooshing onto the aqua piece. Matted with some navy cs and added faux brads with an orange Souffle gel pen. Popped up the balloon. Added a strip of washi tape on the terra cotta card base.
