Neon Rock

The challenge at The Male Room is to use Neon Colours.

The stars were stenciled with Brilliance Yellow ink and the arrow border steniciled with Hero Arts Neon Orange ink.  The splatter is a WPlus9 stamp using Hero Arts Neon Blue ink.  The drum set and sentiment are by Gina K and stamped with Versafine Onyx ink.
