The balloons were stamped with Hero Arts Shadow Inks in Lime Green, Tide Pool and Pool. Happy was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with lime ep on top of the balloon strings. Birthday stamped with Memento Nautical Blue ink. Stamps by WPlus9 and Avery Elle.
