Hearts and sentiment are by Gina K. Stamped the heart border in black and colored with a red Wink of Stella pen. Stamped the striped heart with Memento Lady Bug and stamped the sentiment over it with Memento Luxe Tuxedo Black and then heat embossed with black ep. The background stamps are from Concord & 9th. Stamped the falling hearts with Memento Lady Bug and the stripes with Memento Tuxedo Black.

Love the tiny heart background -- fun card
This is so adorable. I love the heart border and that heart background is so sweet. Really lovely card!
