I would like to welcome our June Guest Designer - Estelle ! Come on over to JUGS to see what Estelle and the rest of the Design Team have done with die-cuts.
This started with a piece of glossy photo paper and used Distress Oxide inks in Fossilized Amber and Worn Lipstick to drag the ink pad directly to the paper from top to bottom overlapping the colors. Used a couple of dies from Concord & 9th. Added some Stickles to the butterfly. Did the inlaid die technique on the sentiment banner.
Come play along with us in our Word Challenge and you could be chosen as our next Chic of the Week, which would then make you eligible for a chance to become our next Guest Designer! Please limit your entries to 3.

Such a pretty girly card Sue! Love this delicate butterfly die cut. It's a nice idea to use glossy photo paper!

Love the background and that butterfly is 'Gorgeous'. Stunning creation Sue.
Beautiful background. I need to try the Oxides on glossy. Great take on the challenge, really pretty colors.
Love that background Sue! Pretty glittery butterfly too. Very pretty card.
I love the way you did the background, Sue. I must try that. Never thought of using glossy paper. I love that word die too.
