Come on over to the JUGS Blog to see what Karren Johnson, our April Guest Designer and the rest of the amazing Design Team have created using Black and White Stripes!
I paired the beautiful peonies from Altenew with the black and white bold strripes and stamping the sentiment directly onto one of the white stripes. The card base is Apricot Appeal from SU.
I just had to make a second card using the black and white stripes. I love this Gina K set, Lots of Lines. Stamped the 3 squares onto white and added a bolder striped piece along the edge, The leaves are a die cut from green vellum, left in the die and inked with Versamark and then heat embossed white green ep.
Come play along with us and you could be chosen as our next Chic of the Week, which would put you in the running for a chance to become our next Guest Designer! Please limit your entries to 3.

Two gorgeous cards! The apricot with black and white is so striking and those flowers are beautiful. And your second card is such a fun layout and look.
Both of your cards are so pretty! I love the floral against the b&w stripes, and the other one is a cool graphic design!
Love both cards they are both so gorgeous and the colors are AWESOME!
Way to go with a Twofer Sue. Your first card is stunning with those bold yellow colours against the black. Fabulous cas card for your second one - again great colour choice and such a cool design.
Gorgeous x two, Sue! The first, especially, catches my eye! The yellow peony against the stripes...swoon-inducing! I have a sudden desire to bring my Altenew set out for a play!
