Come on over to JUGS to see how Janet Ribet, our Guest Designer and the rest of the amazing Design Team have used these colors as inspiration.
I had just received my new A Year of Flowers dies from Gina K and couldn't wait to use them, hence the mint colored poinsettia! I didn't have any mint, but the Tim Holtz Cracked Pistachio seemed to work. The poinsettia is stamped onto watercolor paper then used a waterbrush and the Distress ink to color it. Added some Nuvo Drops to the center in Dove Gray. Sponged the Cracked Pistachio onto some white cardstock leaving the center white. The frame is from Memory Box and die cut from some gray Core'dinations. Sanded the raised areas, but didn't make it light enough, so used a chalk pen to add the highlights. Stamped the sentiment from Gina K in Slate Gray.
What are you going to create using thiese colors? Come share you creations with us at JUGS and you could be chosen as our next Chic of the Week, which would then make you eligible at a chance to become our next Guest Designer. Please limit your entries to 3.

That's two mint green poinsettias. That must be the color of the year if their gorgeousness is any indication. That die cut frames the sentiment beautifully, Sue.
So pretty with these colors -- love how it "glows"
The pistachio worked perfectly Sue! This is one gorgeous Christmas card!!!
You and Nancy are on the same waive length here with your beautiful poinsettias Sue. Love the bold grey flourish border and that big sentiment.
That poinsettia is so pretty and the cracked pistachio was the perfect choice for the mint color! Cool technique on the gray die cut as well! Very pretty card!
