Just Us Girls #533 - Photo Week

It's time to get inspired by Photo Week at Just Us Girls and Maria has chosen a beautiful and happy photo for us.

Sadly, this is our last week with Cornelia Wenokor as our Guest Designer and I would like to say Thank You for joining us this past month with all of your awesome creations!  Now, come check out JUGS to see how Cornelia and the rest of the Design Team were inspired by this photo.

I pulled out some older Gina K sets - Ribbon Stripes and Spring Basket.  Using my MISTI, stamped the flowers on watercolor paper, then flipped in upside down and stamped them again.  Masked off the flowers and stamped the stripes in Memento Flannel Gray.  Watercolored the flowers with Inktense Pencils.  The sentiment got lost on the stripes, so stamped it again on a white strip and added it over a think black strip of paper.  Matted onto some black and onto a Dandelion Yellow card base.

I'm also adding this to Stamp TV April Challenge

How does the photo inspire you?  Come share your creations with us at JUGS and you could be chosen as our next Chic of the Week, which would then make you eligible for a chance to become our next Guest Designer.  Please limit your entries to 3.

Such a happy card Sue! Love the way you designed this layout as if it's a mirrored look. Stay safe! I have been thinking a lot about you!
