It's my turn to choose the theme for our CAS Challenge at Just Us Girls and it's pretty much anything goes, but using 1/3 or less on your design.
Check out JUGS to see what our fabulous Guest Designer, Michelle Ferguson and the rest of the amazing Design Team have created using 1/3 or less.
Inked a lattice border embossing folder with Distress Oxide ink in Saltwater Taffy and ran through my big shot to ink and emboss the border. Die cut the flowers and inked the center of each one with light and dark pink. Added the sentiment from Pinkfresh.
Adding another St. Patrick's Day card that I sent out this year. Stenciled the shamrocks in Distress Oxide Clover. Added some gold foil to a strip of double sided tape. Stamped my new favorite sentiment from Photo Play on some light green, die cut the oval and matted with a scalloped oval in a medium green. Finished it off by added metallic gold gel pen dots to the scallops.
Come play along with us and you could be chosen as our next Chic of the Week, which would then make you eligible at a chance to become our next Guest Designer! Please limit your entries to 3.

Thanks, Sue, for such a great challenge for my last week as your guest at JUGS - I do LOve a clean and simple card! YOU have that 1/3 trick down to a science! Both your hollyhocks, and shamrocks are so sweet!

I enjoyed your 1/3 challenge a lot! And your pink card is such a sweet and pretty CAS design! The St. Patrick's Day one is so fun too with the same layout!!!!
Great job on both cards using 1/3!
Sue... love the borders on both cards!
Love them both and such a great challenge, Sue!
Love that you left the hollyhocks white, they're lovely! Two wonderful cards, Sue!
Two fabulous CAS cards; clever to use the pretty panels as your 'guides' for the 1/3 requirement. A fun 'need to think about how to do this' challenge!

Two wonderful cards with two separate techniques, Sue. The inked folder made a great place for your little flowers and the stenciled shamrocks are perfect with the sentiment.
Fabulous CAS cards Sue. Thanks for a super CAS challenge. So fun!
