It's time for our Word Week Challenge at Just Us Girls with Elizabeth as our amazing hostess and she is challenging us all with the word "Encouragement". That is something that everyone needs as some point in their lives.
Hop on over to JUGS to see what our lovely Guest Designer, Laurel Seabrook and the rest of our amazing Design Team have created to give encouragement to someone.
Using an old Gina K set for my sister who is going through yet another surgery on her leg and has a long road of recovery ahead of her. Colored the frog and the bamboo stalk he is hanging onto with alcohol markers, fussy cut and layered onto a piece of patterned paper. Die cut with an oval and layered onto a darker green oval. Pulling a piece of olive colored, textured cardstock out of my huge bin, used that as a base layer and adhered to a white card base. Stamped the sentiment in a dark olive ink and die cut with a Tim Holtz die from the tags set.
Now it's your turn to come play along with us! By joining in, you could be chosen as our next Winner of the Week, which would then make you eligible at a chance to become our next Guest Designer! Please limit your entries to 3.

Sue... what a cute play on words!
The striped paper is the perfect background for the cute image! So sorry your sister is going through such a challenge, but I'm sure this card will make her chuckle like it did me!
I like the stripes with the frog! A terrific card for your sister, she'll love it!
