I made this for a friend who retired from the sheriff's department. Started with a piece of foiled, patterned paper from my stash, I think it was DCWV. Die cut the stars in the brown and yellow/gold and layered them. Used an unknown beer die and added some Stickles to the beer and Nuvo drops for the foam. Stamped the sentiment directly on the patterned paper and heat embossed in black.

Fun retirement card!!! Love that pop of foiled paper and the star reminds me of the badge they wear in law enforcement. Great idea!

How clever of you to use the sheriff department colors, Sue. I kept looking at that patterned paper. It looks like a layered die cut and makes a wonderful background to your celebratory beers.
Those frothy beers look so inviting. Now that the Sheriff has retired I bet he will enjoy a few. Fabulous make Sue.
The glittery, frothy beers paired with the sheriff star makes for an awesome personalized card for your friend. So cool!
