We have our fabulous Design Team member Bobby as our hostess this week for Word Week at Just Us Girls and she has chosen the word Moon for our challenge. I can't wait to see all of the beautiful moons filling the gallery!
Hop on over to our JUGS blog to see all of the Moons from our talented Guest Designer Stephanie Lanzalotto and the rest of the amazing Design Team.
Started by masking off the circle and blending Distress Inks in yellows. Then masked off the moon and ink blended the entire background with Distress Inks in purples, blues and Black Soot. Stamped the spooky scene from a very old Gina K set in black. Stenciled the bats and stamped the sentiment from another old Studio G set. Used a white gel pen to color the ghost in the doorway. Mounted onto a purple card base.
Another Halloween card. Die cut a circle and sponged Distress Inks in yellows again. Adhered to a piece of patterned paper then stenciled the cat and bats with Versafine Black Onyx ink. Adhered to a piece of black and white polka dot paper and then to a white card base.
Come play along with us and you could be chosen as our next Chic of the Week, which would then make you eligible at a chance to become our next Guest Designer! Please limit your entries to 3.

Look at you with another two-fer! I love that orange moon on that fun DSP. and the little haunted house scene is perfect too. Great job with the challenge, Sue!
Wow, two great Halloween moon cards! I love all the stenciling and ink blending. Love that cat the most!
These BOTH are so fabulous with the big moons! Well done!
Love your colored moons and the fab backgrounds that go with them!!!!! Makes me want to make some Halloween cards right now!! These are fun-spooky, which is my favorite kind of Halloween decoration!
Sue...love both cards...very spooky!
Two great Halloween cards, Sue. The moons look so different even though they are both inked in yellow.
Two wonderful cards. I love the simplicity of the first. The moon is so bright and I love the silhouettes of house, burds and tree. And nothing like a black cat with an arched back for a great Halloween sight!
Two wonderful Halloween cards! Love both big harvest moons!
You've created a fa-boo-lous duo of Halloween cards made all the more spooky with the big full moons and 'spooky' images. Super cool, both!
