This was made for my grandson who is going to be 14. He is already 6'5" and loves to play basketball. I combined many sets including the basketball from Gina K, sentiment from CASual Fridays, jagged frame with stars from Fiskars, wood background from Concord & 9th and flames from Clear Stampz. The flames were stamped with yellow, orange and red inks, then blended with Touch Twin markers then added some red glimmer paste from Gina K. Colored the jagged frame in with a darker brown to give the effect of the basketball breaking through. Added some yellow Wink of Stella to the stars. The basketball was stamped first, masked and then the flames, added some painters tape to cover part of the flames and stamped the jagged frame. The background is ivory stamped with Hero Arts Soft Sand ink. The sentiment was stamped with Memento Espresso Truffle and adhered to a Gina K Warm Cocoa card base.

What a knockout card you have here Sue. Such bold colours. Love the simple background and that awesome birthday stamp. It's a great set that one. I know he will love this one. Boy oh boy 6'5". Now that's looking up at him! Merry Christmas.
