Just Us Girls #678 - Color Week

It's Color Week at Just Us Girls and Nancy is our hostess and has chosen a very versatile color combo for us to play with.

Since this is the first Saturday of the month, that means it's time for a new Guest Designer.  Please welcome Claire Apostoloff who will be joining us for the month of May.  Check our JUGS to see what   and the rest of the talented Design Team have created with these colors.

New baby card using a new to me unbranded elephant and balloon die set.  Die cut the elephant from some pink polka dot paper and she didn't seem to stand out against the background, so outlined her with a light pink marker.  Added a dot of black glaze pen for her eye. Added the white gel pen dots on the balloon and a little die cut heart covered with some pink Nuvo Drops.  Used a coverplate die that I don't remember who makes it on white cardstock and then mounted onto a white card base.

Come share your creation using this week's colors and you could be chosen as our next Chic of the Week, which would then make you eligible at a chance to become our next Guest Designer!  Please limit your entries to 3.

What a sweet card for a baby or little girl! Your background and patterned paper, including the dots on the balloon, give the card a lot of interest! And your layout highlights our colors this week so well! I'm sure it will make its recipient smile!!
